1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

The parcel in sealed condition

The shipping label clearly visible

The complete opening process
-
A clear view of the product
β οΈ Edited, cut, or unclear videos will not be accepted.

2. Proof Required for Replacement
Replacement will be approved only with valid proof, such as:

A clear unboxing video, or
-
Clear product photos showing the issue
3. Complaint Time Limit

All complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
4. Eligible Cases for Replacement
Replacement is allowed only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged

Product is defective
-
Wrong item delivered
5. Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement will NOT be provided if:

No unboxing video or proof is shared
-
The product is used or washed
-
Damage is caused by the customer

Reason is βdid not like the productβ
6. Responsibility & Shipping Charges
If the issue is due to our mistake:

Free pickup

Free replacement
If the issue is due to the customerβs mistake:

Replacement may be possible

Shipping charges must be paid by the customer
7. Final Decision
All replacement requests are subject to verification.
Kiddiwayβs decision will be final based on proof review.
