1. No Return, No Refund
Kiddiway does not offer returns or refunds.
Only replacement is available, subject to the conditions below.
2. Replacement Eligibility
Replacement will be provided only if:

The product is damaged, or

The product is defective, or
-
An incorrect product has been delivered
3. Complaint Time & Proof

Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide:

Clear photos or
-
A proper unboxing video

4. Shipping Charges
If the issue is from our side (damaged or wrong product):

Free pickup
-
Free replacement
If the issue is from the customerβs side (wrong address, change of mind, etc.):

Replacement may be possible

Both-side shipping charges must be paid by the customer
5. Non-Replaceable Products
Replacement is not applicable for:

Hygiene & personal care items
-
Products that are used or washed
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
