1. Order Processing

All prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

2. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Metro / Major Cities: 4–7 working days

• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 6–10 working days

• Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier or location-related issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Orders of ₹499 or above: Free Delivery

• Orders below ₹499: ₹49 Shipping Charge

4. Payment Method

Kiddiway accepts 100% Prepaid payments only:

• UPI

• Debit Card

• Credit Card

• Net Banking

❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

6. Undelivered Orders

• If the customer is unavailable, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times

• Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements

7. Serviceable Area

Currently, Kiddiway delivers only within India to selected pin codes.
